Why dance?
The power of dance goes beyond the art form. Dance encourages respect towards your body, mind and soul. It promotes physical and mental wellbeing, confidence, self-expression, communication skills, empathy, team work and adaptability. It boosts problem-solving abilities, resilience, trust and creative thinking.
